• 1 lb Prima Après orecchiette
• 8 oz aged white cheddar, grated 

• 4 tablespoons butter

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Bring 5 cups of water to a boil.
2. While the water heats, grate 8 oz (1⁄2 lb) aged white cheddar.
3. Add 1 lb orecchiette to the boiling water and season generously with salt.
4. Stir frequently — the small amount of water helps the pasta absorb the starch and creates natural creaminess.
5. Cook until al dente (about 5–7 minutes with Prima Après pasta).
6. Add butter and the cheddar to the hot pasta.
7. Stir for 1–2 minutes until the sauce becomes smooth, creamy, and glossy.
